****DATE CHANGE**** My bad folks. I didn't realize the April 2nd date was Good Friday of the Easter long weekend. However, I've managed to change the date to a post-Olympics and post-Paralympics day so the downtown core will be back to normal by then. Our 1st meeting of 2010 is coming up, and what a meeting it's going to be — David Blatner will be in the house! Please make sure to register early, as low registration numbers may require a change in the itinerary, and this meeting is rare. Normally, you would need to go to Seattle and pay big money to see, hear, and meet our guest speaker. David will wow us with his vast knowledge of InDesign by presenting a 90-minute tips & tricks session. (He will be covering different material from what he will be presenting at his one-day InDesignSecrets Vancouver seminar later in April.) About the presenter David Blatner is the author or co-author of 15 books, including Real World InDesign and InDesign for QuarkXPress Users, and presents many InDesign titles at Lynda.com. He is the editorial director of InDesign Magazine. Over a half a million copies of his books are in print in 13 languages, and his Blatner Tools plug-ins help InDesign users improve their productivity.
