On Monday, January 21, 2008, over 50 Tampa Bay IDUG members gathered at the International Academy of Design and Technology Tampa to see a presentation by Noha Edell.

Kerstin highlighted the different categories of type, their characteristics (size, weight, structure, form, color, and direction) and talked about the appropriateness of type. She also briefly covered good type used for body copy and for headlines.

The event, entitled "Very FAQ," broke from the normal tradition of meetings, by giving members the opportunity to submit questions in advance with the hope of having them answered that night.

Our third meeting of the year brought out 47 people to the Museum of Science and Industry to get a first-hand look at the newly released Adobe InDesign CS3.
