We dedicated this meeting to the announcement of the new version of Adobe Creative Suite. The meeting was once again hosted at the Fuji Xerox epicenter, Australian Technology Park. The venue worked well, and Fuji Xerox went to great lengths to match the colour of the carpet to the new InDesign CS3 colour scheme (it’s true! Check out the meeting photos...).

After mingling over snacks and cocktails, Steve Nichols from Adobe opened the evening with a presentation on the new editions of Creative Suite 3.

Steve then went on to showcase many of the new InDesign CS3 features, including table and cell styles, placing InDesign documents, advanced Find/Change support, and much more.

Steve then previewed other products and new features in Photoshop CS3 and Illustrator CS3.

We finished off the evening with a very challenging quiz and the winner (who remembered an .indd filename used in the presentation!) picked up their very own copy of InDesign CS3.

We had strong attendance with over 80 attendees, and we received some great feedback from our meeting, including the following:
