InDesign CS2 masterclass

Instead of holding our regular evening user group meeting, we decided to hold a half-day masterclass. The event was held on the morning of July 7 at the Australian Technology Park, Eveleigh.

Mike McHugh from Ultra Expert Training delivered this four-hour training event, which covered the topics “Take Control of Your Type” and “Getting to Grips With Graphics.”

The venue management provided three-phase power so we could provide enough power supply to run 60 laptops, and the masterclass was very well-attended, with 60 attendees (which was the maximum capacity for this venue).

The event was a huge success, and there were plenty of “oohs” and “aahs” from the audience as Mike demonstrated InDesign features and shortcuts.
