Event DetailsThis meeting was a great success with many existing members and new members joining us every quarter. Your feedback has been received with great thanks; we have looked through and there were many great comments about the presentation.
In the first session of the meeting we went through the basics of using and looking at colors, how each color will affect our mood and generate excitement.
In the second session, there was a great deal of fantastic tips and tricks using Adobe InDesign CS5.5. New tools like Gap Tool, Corner Tool and other effective type management tools like Paragraph Styles and Character Styles. These are great time-saving tips which you will be able to use.
After the break came the third session which talked about creating layouts in Adobe InDesign CS5.5, creating cool effects with the Overlay Creator and upload to the iPad via Folio Builder. Things to remember are that the other useful panels to use would be Object States, Buttons and Media Panel.
There were many interesting questions during the sessions and hopefully all your questions have been answered.
We would like to thank Fuji Xerox Singapore for hosting the meeting at their venue. Seok Minn for all the administrative work, including purchasing those wonderfully delicious muffins. Alex Kwok for being our meeting photographer. Tracy Yin for assisting in the registration table. Stefano Virgilli for being the first speaker. Steve Lok for being the second speaker.
Last of all, every member for taking their time off to attend the meetings.
