Adobe's Colin Fleming joined us to highlight new features in InDesign CS 5.5.
A variety of videos have been posted to AdobeTV showing several of the techniques he covered:

Controlling order of content export from InDesign CS5.5 to epub without changing your layout
Using object export options to customize how objects and images export to epub
Adding audio and video content to epub from InDesign CS5.5
New export options for epub in InDesign CS5.5
Creating covers and title pages for epub in InDesign CS5.5
