Well, based on the evaluation and feedback forms, we had a pretty good IDUG meeting. Of course, I want to thank Tad Shelby for demonstrating the new NuLOOQ and also especially James Alexander and the Adobe Stock Photo Team for their presentation and special offers.

It was nice to have James give us a Bridge® review. And I learned something, too. I had forgotten that you can change Bridge's background color, even though I have used the different views to see important image metadata.

What I liked best about Adobe stock photos is that you can search all the Adobe Stock Photo services all at once, whereas with the other companies you have to search each company individually. Plus, there are no watermarks on the downloaded comps. Then when you use the photos in InDesign®, it is noted in the Links palette that you still need to pay for them. And they are all under the same license agreement — no need to worry if a license from one company is compatible with that of another.

It was a good night, and the raffle was a great success — someone walked off with some cool software and hardware!
