Meeting Details

Join us for our Kickoff meeting on April 19th, 2012 for two hours of InDesign geekalicious fun! Network with industry professionals and be an active part of the InDesign community.

Door Prizes:

• One meeting attendee will have a chance to win a free digital copy of Adobe InDesign.
• Two meeting attendees will have a chance to win a free one year subscription to InDesign Magazine.

Raffle Prizes:

For our first meeting raffle tickets will be free; however, we do appreciate donations to help offset the cost of hosting current and future events. Raffle prizes will include:

• One free 6 month subscription to Total Training Online.
• One free licence to eDocker Tablet Publisher
• One free copy of your book of choice from InDesign secrets.
• One TypeDNA Font Manager License

Gift Bags:

• All member attendees will receive a free gift bag full of coupon codes and surprises.
• Refreshments will be provided.

• 5:00 - 5:10 pm -- Meeting Sign In
• 5:10 - 5:15 pm -- Introduction
• 5:15 - 5:45 pm -- Guest Speaker Terry Warner
  Digital Publishing Suite & InDesign 5.5 to create interactive iPad Apps. + Q&A session.
• 5:50 - 6:00 pm -- eDocker Video Demonstration.
• 6:00 - 6:30 pm -- Refreshments, Networking Break, and Raffle Sign Ups.
• 6:35 - 6:45 pm -- Prize drawing for door and raffle prizes. Be prepared to have your picture taken if you win :D.
• 6:45 - 7:00 pm -- Closing statement, thank you mentions to our sponsors, and meeting feedback.
  

FYI Notes

Pictures will be taken at our meeting for both our IDUG website, our blog, and Facebook fanpage. After the meeting please be so kind as to give us feedback. We would really appreciate clean up and member sign in volunteers. Donations are also very much appreciated.
