So, What’s New?
InDesign CS3 is NEW and receiving rave reviews.
Join us for our next meeting and see why.
We will open our presentation with a demonstration of InDesign features that will appeal equally to beginners and veterans. See how to create high-impact templates and stylesheets that will save you hours of time, whether you author documents yourself or accept contributions from others.
To wrap up the first half of the evening, Jim Cooper will present some innovative uses of the new Effects panel - which you will probably want to work into your own layouts.
The second half of our meeting will be devoted to field-tested tips for incorporating the newest InDesign features into your workflow, including “upgrading” your existing documents and libraries.
As always, this meeting is FREE to all interested parties. We will have a raffle for some valuable gifts from Adobe and their valued partners.

PARKING DIRECTIONS
==========================
The Frandsen Humanities building is located in the southern sector of the University of Nevada, Reno campus. It is at the Southwest corner of the Quad (across from the Jones visitor center) There are several free parking options. School has not yet convened, so we should have fewer issues. Best Bet: if you approach UNR from the south on Center Street, there will be a lot on your right (east), between 8th and 9th. This is most often use by University personnel, most of whom will have “bailed” by the time you get there.
Please check the UNR website for a campus map to help you locate the meeting location and parking lots. Parking on side roads should be available as well (like Artemisia, 11th and 10th, and Center Street, by the bridge).
