Our latest User Group meeting was a great success. Once again, we were spoiled to have the evening hosted by Sebastian Distefano, Adobe’s expert InDesign evangelist. Users were treated to a look at the newest features of InDesign and Bridge CS3 as well as a teaser of some new ways to include interactive layers and buttons in InDesign and Acrobat.
Included among the many new features that were showcased were the following:
- Finer transparency controls
- Creative object effects, including feathered gradients
- Multi-file Place
- Faster frame fitting
- Placed InDesign documents
- Nested style looping
- Table and cell styles
- Text variables
- Expanded Quick Apply
- Advanced bullets and numbering
