========================= Meeting Details ========================= On Tuesday July 22, 2008, we are fortunate to have Kacey Crouch return to our club and participate as our upbeat speaker for the evening. Kacey’s an Adobe Certified Software Instructor and owner of Pixeldot, Inc. Kacey, is well know as a presenter at Adobe events and InDesign conferences. Her topics of the night are: Using the Assets of the Creative Suite CS3 ships with many built in goodies. Some you may have used before, such as templates in InDesign, or brushes in Illustrator, but are you really getting the most of these freebies? We will explore where to find the hidden goodies Adobe gives to us, and how to use them in ways beyond the obvious. Managing Images and Choosing File Types While the idea of picking a file type may not sound glamorous, it is essential to maximizing the capabilities of your images. Learn when to choose PSD over TIF, and when PDF is better than EPS.
