Event Details

InDesign is 10 years old, and we're having a party! Join us to celebrate this milestone with cake and all the trimmings. This meeting, originally scheduled in December, was cancelled due to a snowstorm. Now we will meet in a larger, more comfortable building—-the Richard T. Anderson Center, just adjacent to the main college building.

During the past several IDUG meetings, you've learned how to improve your typography, layout, and production techniques. Once you've polished a project to perfection, how do you select paper stock that will truly enhance the final product?

Our guest speaker will be Jessie Blasewitz from Unisource. She will demonstrate how to select the perfect paper for your perfect project. She will discuss the pros and cons of specific paper types—from recycled to coated, including FSC-certification. You will learn about the latest paper trends, see the latest samples, and find out what works-and what doesn't.

Join us for friendship, light refreshments, and learning! Registration begins at 6:00. The first 50 attendees will receive an Adobe mug. Your $6 donation helps keep our club solvent.

Remember, if you register for a meeting and then change your mind, PLEASE update your registration status on the IDUG site.
