James Fritz
James graduated with a degree in graphic design from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee in 2003. After beginning his career designing catalogs and collateral, he started working as a freelance designer for C2 Graphics Productivity Solutions. Soon he was promoted to full-time instructor/designer and subsequently became a Certified Technical Trainer (CTT+), Adobe Certified Design Specialist, Adobe Certified Expert and Instructor (Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat, InCopy), and Quark Recognized Instructor. In addition to teaching, he is a contributor at InDesignSecrets.com. James has spoken at a variety of conferences, including the InDesign Secrets Print & Electronic Publishing Conference, AIGA, and multiple InDesign user group meetings. Currently James is a Content Manager of the Design Segment at lynda.com.
James Wamser
James Wamser is an Adobe Certified Instructor and has been with Sells Printing Company for over 15 years providing training and technical support for Sells’ customers, as well as its prepress department. James has been working with Adobe InDesign since October 1998, almost 1 year before the release of version 1.0. He teaches InDesign at Waukesha County Technical College in Wisconsin and is an author of InDesign CS5: Print Production Guidelines at Lynda.com. James has spoken at a number of industry events and is the co-chair of the Milwaukee InDesign User Group. He is totally committed to helping meet the ever-changing technical challenges of transforming designers’ concepts into beautiful printed pages as seamlessly and cost-effectively as possible. James also enjoys mountain biking and has been involved with the annual Fall Color Festival (www.FallColorFestival.org) for over 18 years.
