Firstly I would like to congratulations Kurt Mbanje for winning a copy of InDesign CS3 point product and Sagren Reddy for winning both our spot prizes.

It was really great to meet all of our new members and I look forward to many interesting and exciting meetings together.

This meeting focused on some of the new features of InDesign CS4, namely:

• The new interface
• Proportional placement of objects and the use of smart guides
• The new "Links" panel displays thumbnails
• Rotating spreads in the pages panel and it is saved with document
• The ability to see over set text in tables using story editor
• Live Preflight gives you the ability to create your own preflight settings
• New export to .swf and creation of page flip transition in the pages panel

A request was made by members that a Q&A session be the theme of the next meeting.
