On Tuesday, November 18, get ready to meet Adobe Creative Suite 4, the ultimate toolkit for today’s designer. This comprehensive new release will help you -- help us all -- deliver innovative ideas in print, web, and mobile design.

Adobe’s own Noha Edell will be on hand to demonstrate the new features and to answer questions.

You’ll find that Creative Suite 4 is full of new features designed to make you more productive by speeding you through functions and helping prevent mistakes.

Be among the first to learn about new InDesign features, such as Live Preflight, the customizable Links panel, Conditional Text, and Export to Adobe Flash CS4. Photoshop users will love live, nondestructive corrections with the Adjustments panel, Enhanced Auto-Align, Auto-Blend, and new 360° panoramas. Illustrator artists will enjoy multiple artboards, transparency in gradients, and the Blob Brush tool. And everyone will appreciate the enhanced universal user interface and the tight integration among the Adobe Creative Suite 4 components.

Even if your heart is in print design, you’re probably finding yourself drawn into the ever-expanding creative possibilities of delivering content to the web. Creative Suite 4 enables you to cover the gamut, from print to web to video, starting with what you know and venturing as far as you want -- even “uncharted territories” will look ever more familiar -- before handing off to a web developer or a video producer to create truly rich, interactive documents. You’ll be able to explore new creative territory, take advantage of simplified workflows, and collaborate in new ways with colleagues and clients near and far.

This evening, we celebrate the emergence of this exciting new release. But don’t worry -- we’re not abandoning our roots. In future meetings we’ll be back to the “business as usual” of exploring and learning with our favorite tool and seeing how it best fits in with others to achieve our best results. We realize not all of you can or will upgrade the day after this meeting, and we will continue to provide information and inspiration for all versions of InDesign -- what we’ve got as well as what’s ahead.

About the presenter

Noha Edell was an Adobe enthusiast long before joining Adobe Systems in 1996. With over 20 years experience in the prepress and graphics industry, her background includes operating her own training and consulting business, managing the educational services department for an Apple reseller, and working as an instructor at Parsons School of Design in New York. She is an Adobe Certified Expert in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, PageMaker, and Acrobat.

Noha’s knowledge is great, her enthusiasm infectious, and her unique ability to deliver the message of the power and accessibility of Adobe creative applications inspiring.
