Since we had to cancel Jim's visit last time due to snow, let's try this again during a more reliable month!

Jim Cooper, Apsiva VP of Publishing Solutions, will join us to present “Leveraging Your Layouts” on Tuesday, April 20. We’ll be sharing strategies to publish more in 2010, even with fewer resources. He will demonstrate some styling and layout relationships that work remarkably well for both single-page and extremely long documents. Learn at least two ways to build a Table of Contents. See how to infuse your print layout with color and interactive elements before publishing your PDF edition.

Also, we’ll see how InDesign Data Merge is enabling some of his clients to economically re-package their photo archives and publish at virtually no cost, using Adobe PDF. He’ll throw out a few suggestions for other publications that can be created using the same methods, like real-estate bulletins, yearbook pages, and company directories (complete with hyperlinked contact info and interactive PDF “popout” photos).
