Detroit InDesign User Group

You won’t want to miss this meeting where you will learn how to make short work of long documents. Whether you create books or not, you are sure to get some valuable new tips and timesavers!

Jamie McKee, book designer, will start the evening presenting Type Styles, Master Pages, Text Variables, and Smart Text Reflow. Then Chita Hunter, our resident expert and trainer, will focus on the InDesign Book features: Creating a Book and the Book Panel, Table of Contents, Indexing/Cross Referencing, and Conditional Text/Objects.

We will wrap up the evening with our usual raffle of fabulous prizes.

Jamie McKee is a long-time InDesign user, teacher, speaker and typesetter for university presses throughout the country.

Chita Hunter is a Software Trainer and Presenter on Adobe products, and is an Adobe Certified Expert in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and InCopy.
